This period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of your contract, which on Helpling is the date on which your first booking is confirmed. You may use our model cancellation form, but this is not a requirement and it is sufficient that you send us notification of your decision in writing before your cooling off period has expired.
Important note: If you begin using the services before the end of the cooling off period you must pay for all services completed and any other charges incurred up to the date of cancellation.
